Krys Newman
Krys Newman has been the Center Director of the Bell Shoals KinderCare since relocating from North Carolina. Prior to relocating to Valrico, Krys was the Center Director at a KinderCare in Raleigh, North Carolina for over eight years. Both of Krys' centers achieved and maintained the highest level of national accreditation. Krys has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Michigan State University and a Child Development Associates Credential (CDA). She has over 17 years of experience in early childhood education and she is committed to providing the families and children in her center the best quality childcare in the area.

Tina Mcgrath
Miss Tina is the Assistant Director at this center for the past year. Prior to her promotion, she worked as the Prekindergarten teacher for over three years. She also worked as a preschool teacher at our school and one of our sister centers in Pinellas County. Her passion is seeing the child's sense of accomplishment when they have mastered a new task. She also strives to have a personal relationship with each of her families to meet the needs of their chifen at the center. Miss Tina is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education. She is also trained in infant/child CPR First Aid.

Ms. Debbie
Ms. Debbie has been a great addition to our school. She has developed a great connection with the babies and families of her students in her class. The babies really respond positively to her gentle love and kindness. You can often find Debbie rocking one of her babies and having a great conversation with them! Debbie is trained in infant/child CPR and First Aid.

Ms. Krista
Ms. Krista has been a great addition to our infant classroom. Krista had worked at one of our competitor centers, and felt they were not attuned to children. We are so pleased with how she, Ms. Tina, and Ms. Debbie have turned our infant classroom into such a warm loving environment! She is passionate about working with the babies to reach their full potential. She loves getting the babies immersed in our curriculum activities, her favorite being the "wet and messy" activities! Krista is currently pursuing her National Child Development Associate and is trained in infant/child CPR/First Aid.

Ms. Tina P.
Ms Tina loves being a part of a child's day. She knows that consistency is a major part in making an infant feel safe and comfortable. Tina has great relationships with her parents and shares meaningful moments about the children in her classroom on a regular basis. Tina has her national Child Development Associate and also is trained in infant/child CPR First aid training.
